Donations
The Center accepts donations of clothing, knick-knack items, dishes, pots and pans, bed clothing, towels, curtains, and many other household items. Cash donations are also accepted. Items may be brought when someone is in the store, or can be left on the south dock after hours. Furniture cannot be accepted at this time due to space restrictions.
Some donated items have had a bit too much wear and tear but can still be used. Clothing or other items that cannot be offered in the resale shop are recycled through Gateway Industries, Eldon, MO. Gateway is a sheltered workshop facility that provides jobs for those with disabilities.
