The Constitution & Bylaws of St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, California, Missouri, contains important information with which you as a member of this congregation should be acquainted.
The Constitution is the basic document upon which our congregation is organized and which gives it status and character as a truly Lutheran Congregation and a member-congregation of The Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod.
The Bylaws define the Constitution more fully and specify in greater details the organizational structure of the congregation and how it is to function in all its areas of activities and responsibilities to accomplish its established goals and purposes.
The Articles of Incorporation give legal status and assure legal protection to our congregation by the government of our country.
