• ...where two or three gather in My name, there am I with them
  • ...but the word of the Lord endures forever
  • ...if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed

    ITEMS OF NOTE

Grab your hard hat and tool belt! We need your help for Vacation Bible School 2021, happening
    July 12-16th from 9-11:30am!
As kids explore a world of concrete and cranes, they will learn to build their faith on Jesus, the only foundation that lasts! If your talent is leading a fun group of kiddos, being a great example for our youth volunteers, or behind the scenes work like preparing the take home bag for each child, we have a job for you. Whether you can help the whole week or just a couple hours, it’s not your crafts or your construction skills that makes you worthy to serve at VBS; it’s your commitment to show the love of Jesus! Many employers offer paid leave for amazing volunteer opportunities just like this, what a perfect way to help your church and community if this is available to you! VBS Prayer day is May 16th. We appreciate your prayers for this exciting part of our church mission on that day and going forward.
Please speak to Beth Jungmeyer or Marie Wickham about your interests so we can find your perfect job assignment right away!
    _____

I rejoiced with those who said to me, “Let us go to the house of the Lord.”  PSALM 122:1
With in person services beginning again, please grant mercy to one another. Most of us will not get to sit in our favorite seat or visit as long as we would like, but what a blessing to be able to gather again! We are still learning what works and what doesn’t work the best.  A few items of note:

    • The choir loft is a confined area and should only be used by the organist, musicians and video recorder.
    • Socializing in the Narthex should be minimized. Please try to keep the area in front of the mailboxes open.

Please keep in mind that we are trying different arrangements for the safety of all members.  We are open to suggestions and we appreciate your patience and support, both in past weeks and in the days to come.
